My name is Mariana García, I AM a yoga & meditation teacher, energy healer, oracle reader & spiritual mentor. I guide people from my own experience & personal inner work to embody their real authenticity, with conscious practices that upgrade their mindset & restore the balance between their feminine & masculine energies including a lot of shadow work.
I don’t teach shortcuts, what is really helping me in my journey of self mastery is to have simple daily practices every day that are in alignment with my core self which is combined with healthy habits for my mind, body & spirit, I help souls to get in tune with their own power & intuition so they can practice the art of being an empathic person with strong boundaries.
I offer clear guidance and support for people to feel held on their spiritual awakening which embraces both polarities pleasure & pain.
