Cláusula de Cancelación y Política de Reembolso

Todos los pagos realizados son finales y no reembolsables bajo ninguna circunstancia.
En caso de cancelación por cualquiera de las partes, cualquier monto previamente desembolsado por el participante no será reembolsado, pero podrá ser aplicado como crédito para:
1. El mismo retiro, en caso de que este sea reprogramado o cambie de fecha; o
2. Cualquier otro retiro futuro organizado por Raw Surf Fitness.

Dicho crédito será válido únicamente para retiros futuros de Raw Surf Fitness y no podrá ser canjeado por efectivo, transferido a servicios no relacionados, ni aplicado a conceptos distintos a los retiros.

Cláusula de Plan de Pago

A partir de la fecha en que se realice el primer depósito, se establecerá automáticamente un plan de pago mensual para el saldo restante.

El participante se compromete a realizar los pagos mensuales correspondientes de forma puntual, de manera que el monto total adeudado quede saldado en su totalidad a más tardar dos (2) meses antes de la fecha de inicio del retiro.

Para el retiro programado del 3-7 de diciembre del 2027, el saldo total deberá estar completamente pagado a más tardar el 3 de octubre de 2027.

El incumplimiento de este calendario de pagos podrá resultar en la cancelación de la reserva, aplicándose la política de cancelación y crédito anteriormente establecida.

Cancellation and Refund Policy Clause

All payments made are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

In the event of cancellation by either party, any amount previously paid by the participant shall not be refunded, but may be applied as a credit toward:
1. The same retreat, if it is rescheduled or its dates are changed; or
2. Any other future retreat organized by Raw Surf Fitness.

Such credit shall be valid only for future Raw Surf Fitness retreats and may not be redeemed for cash, transferred to unrelated services, or applied to any purpose other than retreat participation.

Payment Plan Clause

Beginning on the date the first deposit is made, a monthly payment plan shall automatically apply to the remaining balance.

The participant agrees to make all required monthly payments on time so that the full outstanding balance is paid in full no later than two (2) months prior to the retreat start date.

For the retreat scheduled for December 3-7, 2027, the total balance must be paid in full on or before October 3, 2027.

Failure to comply with this payment schedule may result in cancellation of the reservation, in which case the cancellation and credit policy stated above shall apply.
